
USER SETUP INSTRUCTIONS FOR TENANT QUALIFIER
Welcome to CBY Systems' new and improved internet-based
system for ordering Tenant Qualifier credit reports. Better rental
decisions are only a few mouse clicks away. You may want to print out
these instructions now.
Logon Instructions:
1. User name is the client code that our office assigned (example Z0004 or G7123). Be sure to use upper case letters.
2. Password is the four characters that we assigned entered twice, using all upper case letters (for example, if we assigned you a password of 217C, enter 217C217C). Passwords are valid for 90 days at which time the system will prompt you to change your password. The new password must be at least 8 characters with at least one number in it. This system is case sensitive, so however you set up the password in upper or lower case letters that is how the password must be entered each time until you change the password again.
3. After you get logged on, you may change the password at any time under Admin. You can also add additional users.
4. You are now ready to order reports.
Ordering Reports:
1. To order credit reports and other services go to the order tab, click the Product tab below.
2. Under products put a check mark in credit and then put checks under Trans Union for credit, score and fraud. This is the $5.95 report. Only Trans Union reports are available.
You may also order other services by putting checks in the appropriate boxes at additional fees.
3. Click order product.
4. Fill in applicants information.
5. Click submit order.
6. Click OK when you get the message that credit order was successful.
7. Click either view or print tab.
Some products are returned instantly and other products need to be processed by our office and the results are entered into the system and you will receive a email when those results are ready for pick up. You go back into our system and go in under workspace and click at completed reports find your person and click at the circle in front of the name at that point you can click at view or print report. You may also want to go in under Admin and make sure we have your email address. If the email address is not entered please enter so we have that information when needed.
