Rapid Credit Dispute Resolution Service

CBY Systems, Inc. is now offering a unique service to lenders, and those involved in the mortgage lending application process known as .  It is a fee-based serviced that allows for quick correction of errors on consumers’ credit reports in order to help qualify them for mortgage financing.  Our service will permit the re-application of a new credit score after updates, deletions and/or corrections on consumers’ credit reports have been made. This is normally completed within 24-72 hours resulting in new, accurate credit scores.  Many analysts have seen significant lifts in risk scores based on the updated and corrected credit file even though there is no guarantee that the applicant’s score will increase.  Please read note below

How works:

One of our credit specialists first conducts a preliminary consultation with the mortgage lender to evaluate the file, identify the disputed items, and review significant factors contributing to the risk score.  This can now be done through our new web-based mortgage reporting system.

Once the disputed items have been identified, proper documentation is then acquired and submitted to us   Examples of  proper documentation would include: a letter from a credit grantor on company letterhead authorizing correction to its own trade line;  A Universal Data Form signed by the credit grantor requesting a change to its own trade line; certified court documents such as release of lien, bankruptcy papers, satisfaction of judgment, etc. **Note**  A dispute letter or current statement from the consumer is not sufficient documentation to update a credit file and will delay the process.  Proper documentation is required and essential to effect the service.

After screening the documentation, our credit specialist uses our registered access to each repository to expedite correction of the consumers’ credit files.

Provided that the documentation is accepted and approved by the credit repositories, the file is updated and ready to be re-accessed with an accurate and up-to-date credit score.

***Important*** please read***  There is no certainty or guarantee that a score will increase after the dispute resolution process. Risk scoring is based on proprietary and sophisticated statistical models.   If information does change, it is likely that the score will change.  In some rare cases, risk scores could actually be lowered due to recent file activity.  Proper documentation is always required and  must be accepted and approved by the credit repositories. In some cases, disputes must be handled through consumer relations and could take up to 30 days to resolve.  Sometimes, the repositories may re-verify the sent documentation which could extend the process 30 days.   Reasonable fees are charged for the service.  Mortgage customers must also certify that they will not pass along the charge to the consumer for the ENSCORE service. Federal law prohibits consumers to pay for corrections to credit reports.
