CBY Systems, Inc. has been providing Employment Screening, Tenant Screening and Mortgage Credit Reporting services for over 75 years. They are recognized nationally for Employment Screening through their EZ-FACTS.com National Background Checks product. CBY remains one of the few providers of consumer credit reports and related services in the central Pennsylvania region. “Our philosophy is based on a true relationship approach”, said Michael S.
