Proof of Ownership

In order to provide Trans Union Credit Reports to you as a Reseller, we must comply with Trans Union's regulations to prove you own the rental property.

To complete your application process please provide us:

  1. A Driver's License, Federal ID Card or proof of a checking account.

  2. A County Tax Bill or Escrow Statement.

  3. Either a Deed, Public Record, Utility Bill, Title Insurance, Property Insurance or Flood Certification.

  4. A copy of your Rental Application.

  5. Signed list of your rental property addresses

  6. Business, Real Estate License or Tax License

If you are working from your Home, you also need:

  • Separate entry & workspace from living quarters

  • Sign identifying your Rental Business

  • Locked Filing Cabinets to store the reports

  • Listing in a Phone Directory as a Landlord or member of a State/National landlord association

Items 1-6 may be faxed to us, as we do not require the original copy. Thank you for your cooperation.
