Tenant Qualifier
Proof of Ownership
In order to provide Trans Union Credit Reports to you as
a Reseller, we must comply with Trans Union’s regulations to prove you
own the rental property.
To complete your application process please provide us:

A Driver’s License, Federal ID Card or proof of a checking
account.

A County Tax Bill or Escrow Statement.

Either a Deed, Public Record, Utility Bill, Title Insurance,
Property Insurance or Flood Certification.

A copy of your Rental Application.
If you are
working from your Home, you also need:

Separate Business
Entrance for clients.

Sign identifying
your Rental Business.

Locked Filing
Cabinets to store the reports.

Listing in a
Phone Directory as a Landlord.
Items 1-4 may be faxed to us, as
